At least one extra large from Tim's...probably equivalent to two regular sized cups, enough caffeine to match about five, lol...and one or two decaf cups

Yup, that's how we always had it at Grandma's...grounds included, no extra charge...

mocha latte from starbucks with extra espresso and caramel...and fortunately, I only get one about once every couple of months, lol

When I was a little girl and we camped at the river, my daddy made it in a coffee can using river water...grounds and all...just boiled it a while...but never put eggshells in it. I've also seen men make it in a big cast iron kettle over a fire at family reunions.
