Ed Sprouse spent many years singing tenor for the Blue Ridge Quartet. He was an excellent musician and remains so to this day.
When he left the quartet, who replaced him?

You folks are fast this morning. How about a followup question? Who replaced Fred Daniel as tenor with the Blue Ridge when he left the group?

That's my recollection as well. I don't know the answer but am curious to know whether LaVerne Tripp or Donnie Seabolt was the first to join the Blue Ridge.

LaVerne Tripp joined in 1969 and I found that Donnie Seabolt joined in 1972.

 We are not even worthy of the honor of reading such profound and wonderful wisdom from the great keeper of the holy grail of Gospel Music knowledge.
All joking aside, John has not only greatly educated me he has also shared many wonderful little tidbits of knowlege that whetted my appetite to want to know more. He is a great teacher.
