*Not only do I know what it is, I have made it by the gallons. We used to do a Madrigal Feaste at our church and wassail was an important part of the meal. I was in charge of the wassail pot.

*As a matter of fact, that happened last week. The carpet cleaner got a little industrious and our tree crashed to the floor. You know, it's harder to RE-decorate than it was to decorate the first time.

*That's why I was at Wal-Mart yesterday.

*Looks like Miss C and I will have the entire day to ourselves.

*If things go according to plan, we'll have Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve, come home and open presents, and then sleep as late as possible on Christmas Day. We might even work a little nappie into the afternoon activities.

*You may not believe this, but I almost never try to discover what is awaiting me until it's time to open the goodies.

~Oh my it did the other night but I saved it. Our tree this year is about 16 feet tall since we are having to put it upstairs in the family room. John knocked so much over bringing it into the house :rolleyes: . Since we had to move some things around, I was sitting next to the tree chatting on my laptop when I heard a creaking sound. Then I saw the tree branches moving next to me. I looked up and saw the tree in forward motion...lol...I jumped up so fast and grabbed the tree and pushed it back against the wall until we could anchor it better in the morning. Needless to say the pine needles weren't kind to my hand!~

~Does a one horse open bobcat count?....lol. We have friends at church who own a big ranch and they always invite people over to ride around the ranch in a two horse open sleigh and watch the elk feeding. We don't have plans this year but the urge has been there.~

Joe it would not make any difference it has been in the 60 - 70's during the day and not below 50's at night so there has been no need for a heater at all. so if there is chocolate there it is very well safe here in the deep south.
