Be a jerk to my son

Three weddings in the family.

5. Anything you regret you didn’t get to do in 2006? share My Lord enough no one can share HIM enough, and stand up for Christian Rights.
6. How do you feel about New Years resolutions? would rather Pray than make Resolutions. Resolutions are peoples way of trying to do something better this time than last time. I personally would rather talk to My Lord about the situtation and Have His help in what ever the situtation is. after all He is the Best Source of Help anyone could ever want or expect to fine. So I will Pray instead of making Resolutions
7. What would you like to resolve NOT to do in 2007? not to be a burden to anyone
8. What is one thing you are anticipating in 2007? Bigger and Better things in Store From Heaven for all God's Children
9. What is your traditional custom of welcoming a New Year? Be at Church with God's People

3. What is one traditional food that you eat on New Years Day? blackeyed peas cooked with salt pork...Harvard beets...cabbage...and some cornbread of course. I know that's more than one, but it just all goes together so well....
4. What was one of the coolest things you did in 2006? This has been a pretty mundane year I guess...can't think of anything
5. Anything you regret you didn’t get to do in 2006? take a good vacation....we missed it this year
6. How do you feel about New Years resolutions? I never make them
7. What would you like to resolve NOT to do in 2007? gain any more weight

~ Easily, the "Mayberry Gathering" with JW, Lisa, Debbie and Elvis. That was a great time, topped off by listening to JW play and sing at the top of "Mt Pilot". ~

~ Let's see..........not really, although not getting to go to the NQC may qualify. ~
6. How do you feel about New Years resolutions?
~ I feel like if I make any, I will just be disappointed in myself ~

~ Well, I would like very much not making a certain person mad again. ~

~ Yes.....getting to take Tyler to Disney World. I hope we can get that accomplished. ~

~ I wouldn't call it a custom.........but, welcoming the New Year with someone I care for very much would be nice. ~

I think they are of the debbil! No more resolutions for me...... it just leads to heartache when you can't live up to your own expectations.

It changes yearly, but as long as it somehow involves friends and family, it doesn't really matter what we do.

It appears so, yes. I'm not a huge fan of watchnight services, I admit...but ours is only an hour so I guess I can handle it, lol...

Honestly, 2006 was a very difficult year, and some of those situations will carry into the new year and bring challenges that I haven't faced before. So...a little looking back, a little looking forward, but mostly reminding myself to stay in the moment and thank God for His good and perfect gifts.

Prairie oysters hey? ;) Alright ladies !!! . . . . . I'm doing the cooking, so how will we have it? Deep fried? Grilled? Cut up in thin slices? Chopped with a little cilantro? Perhaps marinated in jalopeno laced champaign? :(
Sprinkled with parmesan cheese? :whistling:
All this with a side dish of chitterlings.
