Darth Vader. I'm not really impressed with most of the SW villains, to tell truth. But I love Anakin, and DV is pretty cool, I guess. ;)

Gotta say Vader of course, but I also love Boba Fett and don't ask me why, but I really liked the character of General Veers, who lead the ground assault against the rebel base on Hoth.
